If you have a google account, use that account to sign in
or Click on "Create your blog now" to create a new account.
Once you create your google account goto http://blogger.com
and sign in.
enter your blog title and blog url, check whether it is available or not. Once it is available, click on continue.
Now choose the template
select any template which you feel good and click on continue.
Thats it, now your blog is created!
write your first post and publish it!
